SCRAMBLED EGG & GREEK YOGHURT

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 dollop of greek yoghurt

  • Spring onion greens (optional)

  • olive oil

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan on the stove top

  2. Add eggs and scramble (approx. 2 mins)

  3. Serve in a bowl with greek yoghurt and spring onion greens
