INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1-2 cups milk of your choice

  • protein powder (optional)

PROCEDURE

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Add more milk if too thick

  3. Enjoy!
