RICOTTA OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 TBSP olive oil

  • 100g ricotta

  • 2-3 eggs

  • 1 sprig thyme (optional)

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat oil in fry pan and add ricotta

  2. Whisk eggs

  3. Pour eggs in and around ricotta

  4. Reduce heat to low & cook until eggs are just cooked

  5. Garnish with Thyme & serve
