BACON KALE & SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 kale leaves (roughly chopped)


  • 5 Brussels sprouts chopped into 3rds

  • 1⁄2 leek, chopped into small rounds

  • 2 small bacon rashes

PROCEDURE

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. Chop veggies and place in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil

  3. Lay bacon over top of veggies

  4. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until your bacon is cooked
