CHEESIE VEGGIE OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 hand full baby spinach

  • 5 cherrie tomatoes chopped

  • 1/4 red onion, chopped

  • large handful of grated tasty cheese

  • olive oil

PROCEDURE

  1. In a large pan heat oil on stovetop

  2. Saute onion until translucent, then add spinach & tomatoes

  3. Whisk eggs and pour into pan (turn head to low)

  4. When eggs are almost cooked sprinkle cheese over the top and cook until melted

  5. Serve & enjoy!
