EGGS & VEGGIE SCRAMBLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 brown onion, chopped

  • 2 big hand fulls of baby spinach

  • 5 eggs

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat skillet/frypan on stovetop on medium heat, add olive oil.

  2. Chop onion into fine pieces & add to fry pan

  3. Add spinach to fry pan and stir until wilted

  4. crack eggs into pan & stir

  5. Add salt to taste
