CHICKEN & SWEET POTATO SALAD BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chicken breast (preferably left over from previous nights dinner)

  • 1/2 sweet potato

  • 1/2 avocado

  • handful baby spinach leaves

  • sunflower seeds

  • olive oil

PROCEDURE

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. Chop sweet potato into small cubes

  3. Place chicken (if needing to cook) & sweet potato on oven tray, drizzle with olive oil and cook for 30-40 mins

  4. Once cooked place everything in your bowl, sprinkle with seeds & olive oil

  5. Enjoy!
