INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast (preferably left over from previous nights dinner)
1/2 sweet potato
1/2 avocado
handful baby spinach leaves
sunflower seeds
olive oil
PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Chop sweet potato into small cubes
Place chicken (if needing to cook) & sweet potato on oven tray, drizzle with olive oil and cook for 30-40 mins
Once cooked place everything in your bowl, sprinkle with seeds & olive oil
Enjoy!
