VANILLA CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds


  • 1 cup coconut milk (I use Pure Harvest)


  • 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 sprinkle sea salt

  • 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)

PROCEDURE

  1. Stir all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight
