LEFTOVERS & AVO

INGREDIENTS

  • Roast lamb (from previous nights dinner)

  • 1/4 red cabbage

  • 1/2 leek (cut into rounds)

  • 1/2 avo

  • olive oil

  • Sunflower seeds

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat olive oil in pan on stovetop

  2. cook cabbage and leek until soft

  3. Add left over lamb and cook until warm

  4. Serve in bowl, add avo and sprinkle with sunflower seeds
