INGREDIENTS
1 head broccoli, chopped
4 spring onions (green & white
separated)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled & minced
To prepare chicken:
2 TBSP olive oil
1 Chicken breast sliced into bite sized pieces
2 TSP arrowroot (tapioca)
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1/2 TSP onion powder
1 TBSP coconut aminos
Sauce:
6 TBSP coconut aminos
1 TSP sesame oil
5 TBSP broth or stock
2 TSP arrowroot
PROCEDURE
Toss chicken with arrowroot, garlic & onion powder, & coconut aminos
Heat wok or fry-pan, add olive oil & chicken. Stir until cooked through and remove into a bowl
Saute spring onion (whites), garlic and ginger & broccoli
Add chicken & sauce.
Stir well, adding spring onion greens
